Winnipeg Gymnastics Centre
The Winnipeg Gymnastics Centre opened its doors in 1977 and is a Non-Profit organization catering to both men and women of all ages, in artistic and acrobatic gymnastics. Our current levels of training are: National, Provincial, Regional, Pre-Competitive, and Recreational for both male and female gymnasts. We also have Adult Open Gyms, Pilates, Tai Chi, Birthday Parties, and Spring Break/Summer Camps. Our mission is to promote health and wellness within our community and provide an environment driven by positive coaching and mentoring.
The facility is 11000 sq. ft., fully equipped with 6 piece men’s and 4 piece women’s Olympic equipment, an over-sized foam pit and a spacious viewing area including a multipurpose room. We are committed to operating a safe facility with equipment that fulfills the requirements for the purpose of coaching all members at all levels.
Our current coaching staff is anchored by Celia Champion who is the Facility Manager and Head Coach. She is a passionate and positive advocate for gymnastics and the club. Behind her we have a complete team of Coaches:
