Winnipeg Gymnastics Centre
The Winnipeg Gymnastics Centre opened its doors in 1977 and is a family oriented gymnastics facility that prides itself on an environment full of endless possibilities. Our aim is to support the sport of gymnastics through fun and fitness, excelling to each individuals potential, catering to both men and women of all ages. Our current levels of training are: National, Provincial, Regional, Pre-Competitive, and Recreational for both male and female gymnasts. We also have Adult Open Gyms, Birthday Parties, and Spring Break/Summer Camps. Our mission is to promote health and wellness within our community and provide an environment driven by positive coaching and mentoring.
The facility is 11000 sq. ft., fully equipped with 6 piece men’s and 4 piece women’s Olympic equipment, an over-sized foam pit and a spacious viewing area including a multipurpose room. We are committed to operating a safe facility with equipment that fulfills the requirements for the purpose of coaching all members at all levels.
Our current coaching staff is anchored by Celia Champion who is the Owner/Operator and Head Coach. She is a passionate and positive advocate for gymnastics and the club. Behind her we have a complete team of Coaches:
