Compete Throughout Manitoba, Canada and the U.S.

Trampoline and Tumbling Competitive (ages 8 +)

Invite Only

Competitive Trampoline and Tumbling consists of Provincial Levels 1-4, National Levels 5-7, Junior, and Senior levels. Trampoline and Tumbling is a very exciting sport and can be enjoyed by boys and girls. Typically trampoline gymnasts can continue competing in this sport well in to their adulthood. Trampoline gymnastics can also be a fun addition to any men’s or women’s gymnastics.

Trampoline and Tumbling is comprised of three events: Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, and Tumbling. Each athlete is encouraged to compete on all 3 events. However, this will be determined by their coach based on their skill level and readiness on each event.

These athletes train between 6 and 12 hours per week and have the opportunity to compete throughout Manitoba, Canada, and the United States. Emphasis is placed on developing strength, coordination, flexibility and perfecting the skills and routines that are required for competition. A big part of this program is to teach the athletes how to safely and confidently perform these skills while jumping high in to the air.

All provincial level athletes will have the opportunity to try out for Team Manitoba and compete at Western Canada Cup. National level athletes will have the opportunity to compete at Elite Canada and Canadian Championships.

Interested parties can email competitive.wgc@gmail.com, for competitive assessments and more information.
